Thanks for trusting Electech's Game Repair Center with your console repair. Please complete the list below and mail your device to:

(If you prefer, we can mail you a shipping box and label for an additional fee. Please fill out the request form below and we'll be happy to send you the cost.)

• PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR POWER CABLE OR ORIGINAL BOX. THESE ITEMS WILL BE SEPARATED FROM THE DEVICE DURING REPAIR AND WILL NOT BE RETURNED. 

• Make a note of your SERIAL NUMBER for yourself. This is how we identify your console. It can be found on the back side, edge, or bottom of the console.

• Package the console well and include a piece of paper with your Name, Address, Cell Phone Number, and Email Address. Please include a copy of your receipt if you made an online purchase.
• Mail us your console with the carrier of your choice with tracking (at your expense). Email us your tracking number  Sales@GameRepairCenter.com . Track your package to verify we have received it. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES WE DO NOT RECEIVE
